Mudhoney

Matt Lukin, Mark Arm, Danny Peters, Steve Turner

Matt Lukin is the bassplayer. He has now left the band. Matt was a founding member of Mudhoney and stayed with the band up until the summer of 1999, when he left the band and apparently quit music altogether. The Nirvana biography "Come As You Are" has several mentions of Lukin's antics, including graffiti raids with Kurt Cobain and Buzz Ozzbourne. Lukin was also a member of the Melvins in the early days and appears on their first LP.

Mark Arm is the vocalist and rythm guitarist. Mark was a member of Green River who were the first band to have record out on Sub Pop. Mark has also released a solo single. Apparently he is sometimes compared to Iggy Pop.

Danny Peters is the drummer. He has played in quite a few other bands, notably Nirvana. Danny appears on the song "Sliver", which was released on 7" and on the "Incesticide" CD. The band decided not to consider Danny as a permanent drummer as they didn't want to split Mudhoney up.

Steve Turner is lead guitarist. He was also in Green River but he left the band. Steve has in own record label called Superelectro Records. Steve is said to have a very large collection of fuzz pedals - 40, or even more. Steve is rensponsible for writing many of Mudhoney's classics, including the riff from "Touch Me I'm Sick". He's also a pretty damn good guitarist.
